Our first chhheeer as Gandhians! Haha.

Our first lunch there. Hmm. How many ac guys does it take to open a can of ham? :P
Answer: as many as we have. Oh wait, "who says we open cans? We just umm.. pay others to, don't we?" Haha we still couldn't open it in the end. :P

Mm mm. Ppl always say what you cook always taste good. Okay la, edible.

First challenge - Flying Fox. The stick i'm holding was to drag the 'vixens', okie fine foxes in.

Rock wall was uber tough. But exhilarating! Haha. Was lucky to reach the top. With everyone cheering on and giving moi instructions.

My turn to take the grounds. U bet my arms were aching bad after all that. Haha. Fierce.

Pole challenge was fun.

sir: "dawn, scare a not? Not scary la. I did it all last night when u're were slping. Easy la. Later just do Gandhi cheer then u jump okie?

me, glares in disbelief: "haha ehh..i'll tell ya when i'm up there."

I was like still bargaining with mr mark on top of it about what cheer to shout before jumping. Haha. Guess heights wasn't a problem and lunch was more impt, so i jumped and whacked the bar! Woohoo! Trust me, the air is fresher up there. :P

Campfire night. Set our hearts ablazed.

And finally, after the ardous night games, it was GRADUATION! Haha. PLaying some 'talk to my back' game.

One of my best buddies during the camp. Becos of a wood splinter that got caught in her hand during the challenges, yeap ghim took us both to to first aid room. Haha we got to rest with air-con and he offered us a peach packet drink. Which basically was the best drink we had in DAYS la. Haha

Yea.

So last few days were a blur.

Friday

Scuba with cass, andy leow, jovial, sk and charlotte. Things just got even more stressful. Aye. I can't wait to just take the test and end these lessons man. Dinner with them before i rushed of to church again for WAH meeting.

Saturday

9 to 5 at church. Helping out with the camp brochures and 90s met up to finalise the stuff. I was there only to surpervise la. Haha. Teck jin and Eug are seriously big jokers. They're very very funny but no doubt nice too. The way they do things was just plain entertaining. Thought i might just have been 'niao' cos there was seriously no choice. Haha.

Sunday

Dinner with granny for her birthday. Ah well.

Monday

Tan Tok Seng hospital. Whao. I thought our day there was fantastic. Though there was a lot of waiting. Still. You learn a lot. I like listening to the doctor discussions. Given mini lab coats and nametags, we were ready to go. We were aroung the ICU for the whole day. It's seriuosly the most depressing place of the hospital. Cos tubes were inserted everywhere and machines surround your bed. Well, all the doctors there were real nice. Except they keep trying to disuade us from joing the medical force as a doctor. Which i guess is true, if u're in for the money, don't do it. Becos they don't pay u well. Even if u're to become a private doctor. I'd say money doesn't drive you long, nor very far. Don't harm others becoss of ur selfish desire. Besides, for doctors, the learning journey is endless.

Haha on the contrary, i think this attachment hasn't succesfully disuaded me, in fact, i think it pretty much inspires rather. Compassion, no doubt is key. And i see it in their eyes.

Tuesday

Day 2 was lighter. This time we visited the normal wards. U see lots of things going on. WE were also brought around o see the Operation room, the Resuscitation room, the A&E basically. And the doc did lots of explaination, answered our quesitons and stuff :) Haha.
