Been such an eventful week. Just realised I didn't write about guitar recital itself. Haha. Yea okay so brief details. Reported at 6 in the evening. Helped some of the girls do the reception table's layout, but didn't really do much. Like really. I just stood there and tear scotch tape for them while they did all the lacing and decor. And whao, they're like good. You would never guess everything we used was actually recycled. Haha. Yea and Jj came. Felt pretty bad I left early. But I was really tired.
Anyway, went for choir's syf yesterday. Got out of school, hopped on the train and cabbed to vch. Haha the taxi driver was like super friendly. He asked me if I was gonna perform or something. Was pretty lazy to explain things, so I just muttered a mm... and then he went perform what? Singing? Whao uncle super accurate, see my face then know I'm a singer already. Good job. So I said a mm... again. Haha. Oh wells, at the back of my mind the whole time was ahh! Uncle please please drive faster, I'm gonna be freaking late if you don't hurry! Haha. OKay so back to my point. I thought they sounded really good. A pity they didn't achieve the result we had expected. Nevertheless, I'm happy they did their best. And the greatest part of it all was seeing them all so beautifully dressed up and pretty once more. Got to eat pizza with them for lunch after that. Some pics to sum it all. =)

AC guitar got GOLD with HONORS! Hip hip hooray! Haha. Went with the ensemble to Singapore Conference Hall today. The first performance we watched was raffles. They were good. Like real good with all that tricky bee-like fast tunes and interesting tapping techniques. Amanda and I were guessing they would get gold or something. But apart from probably the high level of difficulty, somehow the songs they played didn't really appeal to the judges (and myself) much. They got a reasonable gold though. Many other schools got gold with honours this time. Including ACS(I). But when they announced our school, everyone went estatic!! Haha. Joel was hyperventilating. Then we did the ac cheer like right there, right then. Haha. After that Amanda and I decided to go back on our own. We asked the lady at the counter for like mrt directions. She said something like, oh just go straight all the way, about 5 minutes walk. Haha yeah right. We walked out and had no idea what she meant by straight when right ahead was the huge DBS building. Haha. In the end, we tailed some seniors from guitar to raffles mrt. And I'm pretty sure it took way much more than 5 minutes! Oh but along the way, I think Amanda and I were like overwhelmed by the results, we went a little crazy. She went like, "I think I'm too tall." "What's your height?" "164" "I'm 165 Amanda, that makes me WAY taller than ahem you know" Haha. Then she would break out into fits. She's super funny. Reached home at around 7.30pm and I'm dead tired. Okay better start homework. =)

Whew. Another week's gone by just like that. And it's been so horrid. (Haha then again, he's right, everything's always horrid to me!) Ahh but Chem was uber tough and so was Bio! And two more are coming up. Sigh. And haha how come silly rumours never seem to die down? They just get funnier and much to my immense horror (yes again), wonder if they've got some truth to them. Sigh. Hopefully not. Anyway, on the lighter note, I'm gonna wear the ac tie tmr!! Oh yes! Haha. Fat fat tried to tie the tie for me today but haha our body length very different, so it was too hard. Nevermind. Shall get someone else to help me out. Oh yea, went out with some of the girls from guitar on wednesday - Divinia, Sarah, Bernie and Amanda. We went to PS and Vivo to shop for the stuff. And don't know how, I think we all became a little crazy from all the exhaustion, we sorta set up a 'factory' at Burger Kings. Haha. Super funny. They're really nice people to talk to. Especially Divinia. =) Only went home at 6 plus 7 when we completed everything. Yeps.
Okay the problem is that you have a big attitude problem and you never seem to appreciate or treasure what people have done for you. It's always what's others have done to displease you and then you throw your tantrum. My dear, it's about time you realise the world doesn't revolve around you alone. Tell me when was the last time you even admitted you were at the wrong and actually meant it. Nobody ever tells you you're wrong that's why you never know how you offend. And when someone does, you behave in the most ridiculous manner. Like the whole world owes you something. You don't even know what impression you give to others with that kind of attitude and when they tell me, I feel so embarrass trying to cover it up. I'm so tired of this endless game. If you even have a concious,do me a favour, just stop and think for a second the things that people have done to show their sincerity and consideration. Forget it. It's not even worth me being upset. It just tires me. And don;t ever talk to me like that. No one ever does, not even my parents, so you better not. Don't think you're the only one who knows how to get angry. Don;t make me lose my patience. Goodbye...

Oh wells, been such a long time since I've had time to pen some stuff down. Just realised that because it's been this long, I've forgotten most of the things that happened already. Haha. Okay I'll try as much as I can. Friday had sushi with some pals before choir. Aleathea kept asking what I as going to wear for the wedding. Oh trust me, I didn't plan to wear what I eventually did. It was only decided on the morning itself and eeks, don't think I'll wear it again if I can help it. Haha. Oh yes saturday!! Went to watch phatom of the opera with dad and mom. I can tell you, it's a FANTASTIC and MUST-SEE musical!! I really enjoyed it so much, I can watch it a million times! The effects and music were superior and second to none. Haha. I actually jumped out of my seat twice. Yea. The guy next to me kept laughing I think. Oh I remember tuesday's the day my pinkie got the terrible cut. Some big guy stepped on it during pe while we did push-ups. Wednesday, got to complain to Aleathea, Teri and Henrietta about it during the wedding rehearsal. I felt so sick before that, like the usual headache came back to haunt me. Omg and Johnny was so funny la. He showed us his usual 'cheerleading moves' and wanted us to move to it while singing?! Like way no! Haha. He's the last person I'd ask for suggestions next time, especially dancing moves. Friday was best! I thought our class bonded pretty well during the super long break. Like I actually didn't know the five of us: Jean, Andy, Yuxuan, Weiting(omg weiting??!) and me were from/are in choir?! Haha. Started singing a lot and laughing with the rest during the whole 1hr20min lunch break. We could joke about everything, like even the tissue paper I offered to Aysha?? (Haha. I threw it away in the end.) Oh and I just found out the trick to running fast and well already. Just run with a tracker man. James was like running with me. And haha. He's a fantastic runner. Oh that reminds me, Collin's really funny. You know we were doing jumps at the sandpit. After that we had to put the plastic cover back over the sand right? Yea Collin reached for it and guess what he said?! "Eeks! There are sandflies!" Haha omg. No offence, but I think even I am more man than him la. Anyway played volleyball till 8pm, my arms are so bruised and sore now, before going back with Emma. =)
Saturday again! Haha nice wedding. The girls were so excited. Got a good pic with the 90s. I think it's wonderful to grow up with these people. For the last 16 years, we've been a part of each other's lives in one way or the other...
